my new home :)

Today I was welcomed into Vintreet Church..! A church here in Sandefjord which mum and dad (&Natalia &Daniel) have been a part of now for a couple of years... Well, actually dad was also welcomed today- see, as well as having to have time to think over the whole becoming a member thing, he wanted to make a point of not having to be a member to be able to take responsibility and help out. Good point :)

Anyway, I'm very happy, feel like things are falling in place in my life. Vintreet is a church where I've always felt at home. It's a place where you're encouraged to be yourself, and you can feel it in the atmosphere there, it's a place of freedom and openness and honesty, and a place where people grow.

Other than that I don't have much exciting news... It's only a month till Skjærgårds, and we've just started practising - bit too last-minute really, but I guess it'll work out, it usually does:)
One not so good thing - Hilde's moving out very soon; she and some friends have found an apartment in Oslo which she had to start paying for 1st of June.. so this is an unusual, unexpected situation for me. I'm used to leaving friends and moving on to new places, this time Hilde's suddenly leaving me behind. It's sad cause we've got to know each other really well this past year, and I'll miss her :( ..But, new place, new friends- I'm looking forward to Oxford and what comes with it. And thankful that it's not too far away for everyone to come visit :)
